Kindly email hello@nataliyadaniel.com within 10 days of receipt of goods with the subject heading "request for a return or exchange". Please include your order number. If approved, we will email you next steps for an exchange or return.

Please note that change-of-minds and gifts may be exchanged for another item or a gift card of equal value; these will need to be returned with tracking and at your own cost. Only art that arrives damaged to you will be eligible for returns, and proof of damage will be required.
