I understand choosing art can be difficult, so my returns policy starts before you purchase. Every order, commission and sale is handled with care and clarity to ensure that the only thing you have to worry about is where to hang the new kid on the block. If you have any questions about a piece, please have a chat with me first. I will happily provide additional images, size specs, descriptions, and even viewings.

However, if you've decided that you would like to part with your paint-baby, kindly email within 10 days of receipt of goods with the subject heading "request for a return or exchange". Please note that change-of-minds and gifts may be exchanged for another item or a gift card of equal value; these will need to be returned with tracking and at your own cost. Only art that arrives damaged to you will be eligible for returns, and proof of damage will be required.
